Litigation Division
The Dispute Resolution Section of the Division advises and represents the Board in litigation involving the taxes and fees that the Board collects and represents the Board in litigation and administrative proceedings involving employment, labor, and civil rights matters. The Bankruptcy Section of the Division advises and represents the Board in bankruptcy proceedings. The Special Procedures Section of the Division provides advice and guidance on complex collection cases, bankruptcy claims, and liens and coordinates collection activity.
